Thảo Nguyên Plaza không nhận đặt hàng các mặt hàng là rượu qua mạng internet, thông tin trên trang web chỉ có tính chất tham khảo. Quý khách có nhu cầu cần liên hệ qua số hotline để biết thêm thông tin chi tiết.

Thảo Nguyên Plaza sẽ thực hiện việc đổi/trả hàng và hoàn tiền cho khách hàng trong những trường hợp sau.

1. Sản phẩm Thảo Nguyên Plaza giao không đúng như đơn đặt hàng của khách hàng

Trong trường hợp hàng hóa đã được giao cho khách hàng, khách hàng kiểm tra và phát hiện hàng hóa không đúng như đơn đặt hàng và thông báo ngay cho nhân viên của Thảo Nguyên Plaza, chúng tôi sẽ lập tức thay thế mặt hàng như theo đơn của quý khách hàng, trong trường hợp này khách hàng không phải chịu bất kỳ chi phí phát sinh nào.

2. Sản phẩm mua bị lỗi

Quý khách vui lòng kiểm tra sản phẩm trước khi thanh toán. Trong trường hợp sản phẩm bị hư hại trong quá trình vận chuyển, quý khách vui lòng từ chối và gửi lại sản phẩm cho Thảo Nguyên Plaza. Đồng thời thông báo cho Trung tâm hỗ trợ khách hàng 0983903990 – 0908166163, Thảo Nguyên Plaza sẽ gửi cho quý khách mặt hàng thay thế. Chi phí phát sinh sẽ do Thảo Nguyên Plaza thanh toán.

Điều kiện đổi trả hàng

Điều kiện về thời gian đổi trả: trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ khi nhận được hàng.

Điều kiện về sản phẩm:

– Hàng hóa còn đầy đủ các bộ phận, không có dấu hiệu đã sử dụng hoặc hỏng hóc do đã sử dụng.

– Có đầy đủ các giấy tờ kèm theo (hóa đơn mua hàng, catalogue…) và các linh kiện, tặng phẩm kèm theo (nếu có).

– Khách hàng chịu chi phí vận chuyển và các chi phí phát sinh cho việc đổi, trả hàng.

– Trường hợp không đủ các điều kiện trên thì quyền quyết định đổi, trả hàng thuộc về Thảo Nguyên Plaza.
